Accessibility Statement

We want this site to work for everyone, regardless of ability or the technology you use to browse it.

Effective July 21, 2026

Our commitment

Mainbot Automation is committed to making mainbotautomation.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or browser zoom and text resizing. Accessibility isn't a checkbox for us, we build it into every site we launch, including this one.

The standard we aim for

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and widely recognized internationally. As a small business, we fall under the size threshold where AODA's formal website compliance requirement applies, but we hold ourselves to it anyway because it's the right way to build.

What we've built in

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and labels
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
  • Full keyboard navigation, every link, button, and form field is reachable and usable without a mouse
  • Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can always see where they are
  • Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly from mobile to desktop, and support browser text resizing and zoom
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds, in both light and dark mode
  • Forms with clear labels, required fields marked, and inline validation messages
  • Reduced-motion support for anyone who's set that preference in their browser or OS

Known limitations

This site uses a small number of third-party tools we don't fully control, our form delivery service, for example. We review these regularly, but if you hit a snag with any embedded element, let us know using the contact info below and we'll fix it or get you the same information another way.

Something not working for you?

If any part of this site is difficult to use or access because of a disability, tell us. We'll work with you to get you the information or service you need in a way that works, by phone, email, or however is easiest, and we'll fix the underlying issue on the site.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. As we add new pages and features, we test them against these same standards, and we welcome feedback that helps us catch what we missed.
